Having operated out of its namesake trailer for 32 years, The Coffee Cowboy cut the ribbon last week on its first brick-and-mortar location — The Coffee Cowboy General Store — located at the corner of Pacific Avenue and Willow Street across from the post office.
Business partners Hailey Arnold and Scott Keating bought The Coffee Cowboy from Monique and Josh Johnson in 2020 before moving the trailer to the Oak Street Gondola Plaza in 2022.
